Review by hotel critic
My recent stay at Haus Thorwarth provided a much-needed retreat from the bustle of everyday life. The hotel's tranquil environment and spacious garden allowed for leisurely walks, perfect for reflection and relaxation. The attentive hospitality of Herr Thorwarth and his wife was appreciated; they genuinely cared for their guests, evident in the thoughtful details, such as the morning sparkling wine and a reminder of our 50th school reunion. The wellness spa services were rejuvenating, offering numerous options to escape and unwind after activities like hiking and cycling in the surrounding areas. With ample leisure choices and nearby shopping facilities, Haus Thorwarth proves to be a balanced retreat for those seeking solace in the German countryside. It appeals to anyone desiring an authentic experience steeped in care and relaxation.
